Shipping

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most orders will arrive within 7 to 21 business days, and in some cases it may be longer (up to 42 days). The expected shipping times are listed for each item. Please be patient, the wait will be worth it!  Since our artists and manufacturers are located all around the world it sometimes takes a bit longer to arrive. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

If more time than the allotted time has passed and you have still not received your order, please contact us at Hypesavvy@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We will work on it till any issue is resolved.


Why did I only receive a portion of my order?

If you ordered multiple items, in some cases, the artist or manufacturer of the items in your order may be located in different locations or countries. In this case, your order will be shipped out in separate packages. Please do not worry about that, you will receive your entire order.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days.

Please contact us at Hypesavvy@gmail.com before returning the product in order to get a return address.  In some cases, we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that includes your order ID number.


Please Note:

*In order to receive a refund you must send us a tracking number. Products that are sent without a tracking number will not be refunded.

*The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.

There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted. Please contact us at Hypesavvy@gmail.com and will be happy to help you.


Refunds

 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within few days.
